Refund policy
At Kind Cattle Co., we take great pride in the quality and safety of our Texas state–inspected beef.
Because we sell a perishable, raw food product, our responsibility is to ensure your order arrives in safe, satisfactory condition.
We guarantee that every order is carefully packed to maintain proper cold-chain integrity, arriving at or below 36°F, and that each shipment accurately reflects your purchase.
It is never in anyone’s best interest to return perishable meat products, and for food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstance.
If your order arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged, please do not consume it. Dispose of the product immediately and contact us within the timeframe listed below.
Refund and Replacement Eligibility
We review all refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.
If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A replacement shipment (full or partial), or

A refund (full or partial) credited to your original payment method.
In certain cases, customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement orders.
Reporting Timeline
Customers must notify Kind Cattle Co. within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement consideration.
After 8 days from the delivery date, all orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstance.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives in unacceptable condition — including spoilage, contamination, or shipping damage — we will make it right.
We guarantee that each package is delivered properly sealed, cold, and safe to consume.

Errors in Fulfillment
If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will review the situation and correct it through replacement or credit as appropriate.

Kind Cattle Co. is not responsible for any illness, foodborne reactions, or spoilage that occurs after the product has been delivered in good condition.
Our beef and tallow are raw, perishable products that must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival and handled according to safe food-handling practices.
We guarantee the safety and quality of our products at the time of shipment and delivery. Any spoilage, contamination, or illness resulting from improper storage, delayed retrieval, or inadequate cooking is not eligible for refund, replacement, or liability claim.
