Shipping policy
At Kind Cattle Co., we take great care to ensure your beef arrives safely, cold, and in excellent condition.
Our products are Texas state–inspected and shipped directly from our facility using insulated packaging, frozen gel packs, and dry ice (when required) to maintain proper temperature during transit.
Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the state of Texas in accordance with state inspection regulations.
Orders placed from outside Texas cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Processing and Fulfillment Timeline
Please allow 4–6 weeks for order processing and fulfillment.
Depending on inventory and production schedules, orders may ship sooner when product availability allows.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — every order is hand-packed with care to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Temperature Guarantee
We guarantee that every shipment is packed to maintain a safe temperature of 36°F or lower throughout transit.
Orders are shipped in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs and, when necessary, dry ice to preserve quality and prevent spoilage.
Please note: Gel packs may partially thaw during delivery, which is normal and does not affect product safety. The beef should arrive cold to the touch upon receipt.
⚠️ Dry Ice Safety Notice
Some shipments may contain dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) to keep products frozen during transit.
Dry ice can cause severe skin burns and must be handled with care.
Please follow these guidelines when unpacking your order:

Do not touch dry ice with bare skin — use gloves or a towel.

Allow any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area.

Keep dry ice away from children and pets.

Do not place dry ice in airtight containers or enclosed spaces.
By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges awareness of the presence of dry ice and assumes responsibility for safe handling after receipt.
Receiving Your Order
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.
Because our products are perishable, they must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.
Kind Cattle Co. is not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from:

Unattended deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Delays in retrieval after delivery

Carrier delays outside of our control
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or warm to the touch, do not consume the product.
Dispose of it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kindcattleco.com.

We will review your claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Order Tracking and Communication
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Kind Cattle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, but we will always assist in resolving any issues when possible.
Shipping Changes and Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@kindcattleco.com.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
