Pricing
Our Grass-Finished Half Cow Shares are priced at $10.25 per pound hanging weight.
Most half cows average between 275–325 pounds hanging weight, though actual weights vary from animal to animal.
A typical Grass-Finished Half Cow ranges from approximately $2,800–$3,350, depending on the final hanging weight of the animal.
Estimated pricing is based on average hanging weights. Actual totals may vary depending on the final weight of the animal and any specialty processing requests selected through the butcher.
The base price includes:

Cut Sheet Options
One of the greatest benefits of purchasing a half cow is the ability to customize your order. Prior to processing, you'll complete a cut sheet that allows you to choose steak thickness, roast sizes, packaging preferences, and other options so your beef matches the way your family cooks and eats.
Deposit & Payment
To reserve your Grass-Finished Half Cow Share, we require a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due prior to pickup once final hanging weights and processing charges have been calculated.
Please note that once a cow has entered processing, deposits become non-refundable.
Freezer Space Needed
A Half Cow Share typically requires approximately 9–12 cubic feet of freezer space.
Pickup Information
Half Cow Shares are currently available for local pickup.
