Pricing

Our Grass-Finished Quarter Cow Shares are priced at $10.25 per pound hanging weight.

Most quarter cows average between 137–162 pounds hanging weight, though actual weights vary from animal to animal.

A typical Grass-Finished Quarter Cow ranges from approximately $1,400–$1,650, depending on the final hanging weight of the animal.

Estimated pricing is based on average hanging weights. Actual totals may vary depending on the final weight of the animal and any specialty processing requests selected through the butcher.

The base price includes:

Any additional fees are charged by the butcher and will be communicated whenever possible before processing.

Deposit & Payment

To reserve your Grass-Finished Quarter Cow Share, we require a 50% deposit.

The remaining balance is due prior to pickup once final hanging weights and processing charges have been calculated.

Please note that once a cow has entered processing, deposits become non-refundable.

A Quarter Cow Share typically requires approximately 5–6 cubic feet of freezer space.

Quarter Cow Shares are currently available for local pickup.
